How to Book Your 2025 Booth

Step 1 - View the Live Floor Plan
View the Floor Plan to find several desired booth locations. Booths in BLUE are available.

Step 2 - View pricing on the Contract
Booth Contract

Step 3 - Review Profile Enhancement Options
View our Event Platform Profile options for an enhanced digital listing.

Step 4 - Reserve a Booth
Click here to contact your sales manager to request a booth, and they can send you a Docusign for the booth, or fill out the Booth Contract PDF and send it to your sales rep.

Step 5 - Booth Confirmed
Your sales rep will confirm when your booth is reserved. You'll receive a confirmation email in a few business days that includes your invoice and log-in information to your Exhibitor Portal from [email protected] so you can make your payment and start to plan for the show!
